"JNH is just bad business. The JNH Lifestyles people they have on customer service is soo arrogant. They lie to you and then they can not fulfill the promise . Stay away from them . I'm tired of seeing these fake reviews. Here is a story of truth and true review. Not become surprised if you guys decide to buy anyway and then have going through what I went through . My tip and look for a company that is at least 5 years in the market . I had the opportunity to investigate this company and they has not even a year on the market. Again BAD BUSINESS!!! After i bought it , they called me and tried to ask me for more money for a better sauna , and that they did it like a normal thing . "I ordered a JNH Lifestyles sauna through Rakuten.com and cancelled the order the next day. 7 days later they charged my CC for the full amount. I called Erica at JNH Lifestyles and she agreed to refund the total amount. Got an email yesterday saying JNH Lifestyles charged me $372.82 for shipping and they will not refund my money. Never received a sauna, never signed for anything, never refused anything. I filled out a complaint with the BBB also. "
