"Ordering was simple, delivery courteous and efficient. Item was well packed and unwrapped well. It took about 3 hours for us to install (including the carry time to point of set up).
The wood is well finished and sauna looks well made. We had a problem with the electrical, but a call to Jen helped us work it out asap!

I wish they offered a choice to have a CD player in it, as I do not have any portable music player. But, I have got used to the time I spend in the sauna being my quiet time with a book. There is definitely enough light to read by in the sauna.
I purchased the back and neck rest also. I looked at a few cheaper models and glad I went with the JNH model it is extremely comfortable. Don't be on the fence with a back rest...you will want one."

"Purchased JNH Lifestyles 2 Person Far Infrared Sauna 7 Carbon Fiber Heaters when it arrived via common carrier the packaging was torn up a little but all the glass and components were intact except one heater panel had one board cracked...went together super easy...working great....

"My JNH Lifestyles sauna arrived today and with the help of a friend we were able to set it up in no time. The directions are very straight forward. The company's customer service was excellent about following up after the order to manage expectations on delivery and while they said the diver would just leave at the door, he helped me carry inside. "Great Product!!! Customer service have been amazing throughout the process in trying to assist me in figuring out the right sauna for me. The delivery was very quick after purchase. And it was very easy to assemble. It took me roughly 2 hours with little help from my wife. I've been using it for about two weeks and have enjoyed every moment of it.
