"Purchased a $650 item at the end of December. Item was listed as in stock. Nearly a month later, no shipment. Calling them is nearly pointless. After 30+ mins of hold time, got someone and they said "I'll call you right back" and hung up. No call back. Today, I've been on hold with them over 30 minutes, and been disconnected twice so far by their phone system. Cancelling my order, and if that doesn't work, I'll do a credit card chargeback. "
