Didn't ship and not picking up the phone.

"I usually order everything from amazon, though I should give them a chance since the price was right.
booked my order 13 days ago still processing ! called them many times and can't get a hold of anyone.
after a more then 10 attempt and several emails I finally got a hold of someone, he told me I will get it soon and hang up the phone on me !!!
My order is still processing and not in my front door.
Learned my lesson next time AMAZON !!!

**AVOID** 70 Days, 38 Phone Calls, Nothing But Excuses

"Make no mistake, what this company does is dishonest and illegal. Worst case of bait and switch ever (read my experience below). How can a company that operates in this manner and stay open? I'll tell you how... we are not doing our jobs as consumers. If you have been a victim of Joe's unlawful and fraudulent practices please file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. The FTC was created to protect us from companies that use bait and switch tactics and falsely advertise products like Joe's AV.

What you need to do...
Step 1: Go to ftccomplaintassistant.gov (sorry no links allowed, just google FTC Assistant)
Step 2: Once on the FTCcomplaintassistant website click on the Tab to the left for
"Internet Services, Online Shopping"
Step 3: Follow the prompted questions - Takes less than 3 minutes. Just do it. Stop reading this and go do it already.


My Experience.
I ordered a flat screen television from www.joesav.com on 11/9/2017 as the website said it was in stock. The next day I received an email that I would need to contact them to complete the order. When I finally got through a real person, they tried to upsell me to a newer model that cost $800 more. I declined the obvious attempt to upsell my order and was told if I didn't it would take 38 business days to complete the order because it was coming from overseas. It's now been over 2 months (50+ business days) since my purchase and I have received nothing, still pending status.

It gets worse...WAY WORSE
I saw online that a number of reviews had a similar experience so I decided to leave a review with my own experience a few weeks ago on sitejabber.com. The next time I called a man told me I would get nothing because of my review of the company. He coerced me to take down my negative review and put a positive one with five stars instead, as that was the only way I would receive my order. I did as he asked and hoped I would get the TV as a result. It's been two weeks since and still nothing. I have every one of these calls recorded and would be willing to share them. Please help people from these bait and switch tactics and false reviews and file your complaint with the FTC now.
