"I ordered a grill through Joe's AV in September 2017. Despite numerous calls and broken promises the grill finally arrived in December of 2017 (more than 90 days late). The original order included a infrared burner which was not included in the December delivery. I have emailed and called Joe's AV on 12/23, 1/2, 1/8, 1/12, 1/21, 2/4, 2/10, 2/17, and 3/11 requesting delivery status of the burner. I also called them three times today each time being placed on hold for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 10 minutes. Each time I gave up holding and have never actually talked to a live person. I have asked for delivery or refund - neither have occurred. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY."

"They will notship you a tv unless it is above a certain price point. They will tell you it is in stock even tho it is not. They will say the tv is going through customs, but I highly doubt that it is. They just want the higheat price point possible and will make up anything to get you to pay it. At least they havent charged me yet."

"We ordered a grill and it took over a month to arrive and when it did, it was damaged. We contacted the company right away and almost a year later we are still waiting on the replacement parts. We were also waiting on a cover that was supposed to come free with our purchase. When we asked about it arriving they said it was on backorder. Every time you call you just get the typical “we are waiting on it. We should have a shipping number tomorrow.” I had to resort to calling the grill manufacturer for the replacement part to fix our damaged items. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money somewhere else to make sure you get a QUALITY product on time."

"All the bad reviews are spot on. Pick a TV they advertise on the web site as "in stock" and absolutely expect nothing. Placed an order on Jan 21, 2018, Got the infamous email 2 days later to verify CC info. Surprise...silly me I had ordered an older model TV. The infamous bait and switch. I need to order a newer model. After informing the "gentleman" I would like the TV that was advertised and asking if it was truly in stock, he said yes and he was only trying to be helpful. The TV I ordered would be shipped out. I figured from this point it was hopeless . I waited a couple weeks and gave them a call, and yes it's very true, it was an hour before I got a person. I asked to check on my order, and the reply was it will be delivered in a month and a half. I again asked " But your website said that they were in stock"? The reply....Yes in stock in China? I said OK fine and ended the call there, if i had of stayed on the line I would have said ugly things. Save yourself some stress, order from someone who respects their customers and is not false advertising to draw in customers so they can up sell. Most dishonest online company I have ever dealt with."
