"they will be happy to take your money, but if you try to cancel or you need to make a change you will pay thousands more. i tried to cancel and they told me that I have to pay more money to cancel. "

"THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND IF THEY DO THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER .
THEY BOOKED ME TO WASHINGTON AND I HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT AND PAY 70$ TO GET THERE TO CATCH MY FLIGHT .
AND IT'S BEEN AN HOUR ON HOLD.

This company is awful-using misinformation to lead customer making wrong decision

"I booked my round-trip ticket from DTW to SFO at 3am on 10/13/2022 from Just Fly website, Before I paid the ticket, I triplicate checked the “Review Your Trip Detail & Book”, it showed me that Baggage allowance “carry on: included for free” for both Delta and Frontier airlines. After I made the payment and then received the Delta and Frontier airline confirmation number, I went to Delta and Frontier airlines website to check my reservation trip, the Baggage allowance was changed from “carry on: included for free” to “carry on: $56” on Frontier airlines. At 10am on 10/13/2022 (after 5hrs. I booked the ticket) I called the Just Fly customer service and pointed out -the Baggage allowance posted on their company website was different from the Frontier airline website, the representative was very rude and was repeating: “our website doesn’t have any problem, we don’t have any problem……”, when I said “I need to return the ticket”, the representative told me:” you need to pay the return handling fee…”. this company uses misinformation to lead customer making wrong decision and have customer to take the consequences. This was my first time to buy ticket from Just Fly, I will never buy tickets from this company, because I had awful experience to deal with them and can’t trust this company anymore! "

avoid to book with justfly

"I ordered round trip tickets, received confirmation number only for one way ticket, not possible to get answer than call, put on hold for ever. DOB was changed for wrong date. I do not recommend to use them to buy tickets. I have to spend time to call airline to change my DOB and got confirmation number for come back ticket."

Thieves dressed as travel agency

"JustFly.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am an older man. I had two bookings to Vietnam that had the same departure. A month later Air Canada rescheduled one leg of the trip. JustFly.com could only get one rebooking done despite what they agreed to. After the second rebooking failed, they wanted me to take a departure a week later. When I attempted to cancel everything, they refused. It is next to impossible to deal with a human at JustFly.com. And when you do agree to something, they have a "CONFIRMATION" process which can happen a day later and be rejected. Also, any rebooking requires all legs be deleted and the new process start from scratch. JustFly.com stole two thousand dollars from me. It is unconscionable how they operate.

"Do not EVER use this company. Flights cancelled with no refunds given - actually they charge you an extra fee to re-book them! Flights through London with a GATWICK - HEATHROW change not prepaid, hopeless non-English speakers on the hotline which only answer after 2h wait."

A Total Scam to use Credits - They won't do it!

"My trip to South Africa was cancelled because of COVID 19 and I was told hat after paying a penalty ($75 per person), I could use my travel credit on other future flights (Sep. 2021). In early March '22 I used their online tool to book a new flights using my credits and received an email saying that the requests was being processes. At the time of my booking requests there were lots of flights available at a cost way below the credit. After weeks of waiting I tried calling and no answer, and many emails using their online tools, I finally got a call about my booking and was told that the booking was never made. So, on the call, they attempted to make the booking but told me that it was only available if I paid an extra $200 per passenger. They gave me no explanation for the delay so I asked to speak to a supervisor. No one called me back and again, I could not reach them by phone. After weeks of trying I finally got someone on the phone who told me that the change would now cost me $337 per person. That is, the longer we wait, the higher the costs since the prices go up, but they have no regard for the fact that they are causing the delay with no explanation. They won't give me a refund and they are suggesting that the 3 person ticket to Barcelona costs almost $5,500 which is the $4,300 credit plus the added $1,200. This is however, not the costs I see online, so it appears that they are charging me a premium for using my credits and causing unnecessary delays, then passing on the cost of the changed fees to me. If they had booked the flights in early March when I requested, there would be no additional costs. They are nearly impossible to reach and even when I do reach them, they seem to want to charge me additional money to use my credits in amounts above and beyond the actual costs of the flights, based on available flight information online. I've been scammed and they are holding my $4,300 credits without giving me reasonable opportunity use."

JUSTFLY IS A SCAM: DONT GO THERE!

"JUSTFLY HAS SCAMMED me! Justfly deserves nothing but a zero ratings!
(1) I had a flight cancelations, and trip delays which I had purchased travel insurance to cover me for especially during this COVID pandemic. I reached out to Justfly after my trip was interrupted, JUSTFLY SCAMMED me, they collected almost $775 from me to change my ticket despite the airline had offered to reschedule my flight. That made aware of Justfly intentional fraudulent strategies they use to steal money from unwary travelers. They definitely uses erroneous fake policies that does nothing but to steal money from desperate travelers! I know this company has done this to many people, and so Justfly will amount to nothing but failure!.
(2) I paid for travel Insurance through Justfly; this company concealed their involvement in the travel insurance, it turns out that Justfly Screamingly sells their fake travel insurance to unwary travelers. My flight was cancelled, I had to retake COVID19, test, paid Justfly $775 to change my ticket! From my interactions and communications with their agents, I knew they were out to SCAM ME, but it was too late to pull back as id already committed $2000, and needing to travel out of the US, so I'd payed the charges which brings my total money loss closer to $3000! However, the worst of of SCAMMING happened when I put in my travel insurance claims for the trip disruptions, etc: Justfly had the effrontery to erroneously deny my claims, quoting nonsensicals from their fake inconsistent travel insurance policy! Justfly is not urance to unwary travelers. My flight was cancelled, I had to retake COVID19, test, paid Justfly $775 to change my ticket! Please stay away! It's just so annoying that this company is still allowed to keep stealing from travelers! Justfly is a fraudulent company that continue to scam innocent citizens!

I'm writing this review to expose Justfly and its tactics using fake unscrupulous scamming strategies and companies such CSA travel insurance. I don't want others to keep falling into JUSTFLY'S corporate SCAMMING / Schemings! I hope no one else would suffer financial loss from this manipulative organized scamming company.

I certainly will NEVER, EVER, NEVER PATRONIZE JUSTFLY AND THE SOCALLED FAKE TRAVEL INSURANCE THEY OFFER!

NEVER AGAIN!!

"My friend asked me to get him a ticket to see his mom... I did & he paid $255 round trip... the day before he was supposed to leave... he had a nervous break down & ended up in nutt ward... for mental issues... which his problems continued... by time he got around to use his ticket with in a year... it was $450... he did not have the difference. Just fly nor southwest would help find him an affordable flight... he lost his money... that he could not afford... especial with his mom being 85 years old & middle of covid. It's sad how rich companies will use you to grow.. I myself will never use southwest nor just fly... I love frontier"

Horrible experience during COVID

"Stay away from justfly especially during COVID. Flying during COVID is not convenient and has a lot of concerns involved. However, with all other bookings, the companies involved made it very easy to change your flight as needed.
Not justfly, hiding behind the airline regulations they won’t allow you to make any change under any circumstances.

When I tested positive in Europe and called to try to reschedule I was told there is nothing they can do, the airline won’t deal with you as you booked through a third party so the only other option you have is to but a one way ticket which cost almost as much as a 2 way ticket.
The biggest issue I have is that this information wasn’t presented properly during the booking process! There should’ve been a big red warning notifying you of the huge risk which can end up in paying double for your flight, instead it was tucked in with small letters at the boot on of the page so you will miss it.
Obviously I will never use them again, if you do make sure you read all the small print before booking

They changed my itinerary 5 times! From direct to layover flight

"I bought a direct flight from NYC to Toronto (1.5 hr flight) on May 28th for a flight on August 20th. Since then until today (August 14th), they have changed my flight 5 TIMES! I accepted all changes and even changed my schedule to accommodate it. Today, they changed my flight again, this time into a flight with a 2 hour layover. Tell me how are they going to change my 1.5 hour flight that I booked 3 months in advanced got changed into a 5 hour flight 1 week before the date? Extremely unacceptable. When I called JustFly, the rep was not helpful, understandably this was beyond her control. She claimed that my flight was changed due to the airline (westjet), but she did not know that I called them and told them my situation. Westjet said that JustFly buys tickets in bulk, meaning changes to my flight are directly controlled by JustFly. When asked for compensation as I paid premium at the time for a direct flight, she said there was nothing she can do. When asked to speak to a superior, she said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a contact email or phone number and she said she cannot give that information out. I don't know for sure, but I suspect JustFly decided to sell my original direct flight ticket for a high price after demands skyrocketed due to opening of the border. Had I known they'd change my ticket like that and how poor their customer service is, I would not buy from them again. I highly do not recommend this company due to the way they handled the situation. Im not even that upset about the 5 hr flight, but it's about the principles - how they treated me and what they've done to my original plans. I would recommend you save your time and take your money directly to the airline to get a peace of mind. I hope no one else experiences this kind of service. "

JustHorrible

"Ordered a ticket through this broker. Airline changed my schedule to something unworkable. I called Justfly 7 of July, took 2+ hours on the phone with their system, in the first place, then I was assured this will be rectified and they will change a ticket in 5 business days. I got into a big job project that kept me up for days and 20 days later - still no new ticket. I call them again and ask get reassured that this is now a priority (another 1.5 hours later) and I can FOR SURE get that handled in 3 business days. 4 DAYS LATER - not even a peep from this company. I call them again and get a reassurance that this will be handled in 48 hours tops. Today I call them and the rep hangs up on me because I "assaulted him". I told them that they are idiots. He was asking me to keep it professional, I mean, you are asking a customer to "keep it professional"? I have been trying to handle this for 27 days no, with absolutely ineffective and nothing but unprofessional actions from your company and you are going to say this to me? While there are 5 days left to my supposed departure flight to another country? These people are absolutely and utterly useless, they are not just not helping, they are actually actively lying to you about the amount of time it will take and don't get back in touch with you to even inform you something isn't working and you need another way to resolve this. Avoid at all cost."
