"I have been flying with Justfly for years and the prices are great."

"I had three bookings with them. the airline modified our booking and changed our departure date. It was automatically updated on the booking without any approval or confirmation from us. Trying to get a person on the phone is like pulling a needle out of a haystack. I have been on hold for hours. I am still on hold waiting for an agent. When you call, they don't even give you an option to speak to an agent. I had to play around till I finally figured it out. I have to request a refund because the airline changed the departure date and now I can't get anybody on the phone to change it for me. They keep referring me to the website where I run the risk of canceling the entire booking. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please don't do it!!!!"
