The customer support was below horrible. Not only did she tell me that she doesn't know what to do for me but she also hung up on me. While airlines providers let us change the flights, JustFly refuse to do it with exactly the same company in the same time, and try to make us to do cancelation with the up to 12 WEEKS for refund!
They try to cover them selfs with COVID 19, while a lot of another companies and airlines handle it perfectly!
I suggest you for everyone keep eye on the brands and companies who perform great during hard time, because the all perform ok when everything great,
