"On March 13th I booked a flight from Philadelphia to Orlando for the end of July. I contacted JustFly several times because my confirmation had not been received and my booking was in pending status right up until March 29th. I contacted JustFly.com again and was finally transferred to a supervisor after being on the phone and then on hold for almost 30 minutes. The supervisor stated that she was not sure why the flight was still in processing status, but my only option was to cancel my trip and be refunded. I asked if I could transfer the funds from my flight to another flight and was told no. At this point there are no other seats available for my original trip. I had to have the funds refunded and try to find another flight for the same dates. Of course, now that they could not transfer my money to another flight, I was left to book another flight at a higher rate. JustFly.com did not offer any compensation or credits for this inconvenience."

That’s even if you do it all yourself online. I am hoping that when it comes time to re book post Corona there will be no issues and hidden costs."
