I filtered my flight for only FIRST CLASS and yet basic economy was STILL involved in my search. I realized that my ticket WAS NOT FIRST CLASS after purchasing it. I called immediately and was left on the phone for OVER 40 MINUTES. I explained all of this and I had purchased the $25 travel protection. The agent told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to file a claim with the protection company and it would be SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF. What’s the point of the filter? I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $75 TO CANCEL."
