"I sent email to K-Var tech support, asking for details on a part, before ordering. They answered quickly and, once I had the part in hand, I found that they gave me the correct answer.

I ordered a replacement rifle sight and two military surplus bags. One of those bags had a manufacturing flaw. K-Var sent me a return shipping label and replaced the bag at their expense.

I appreciated the good customer service and the fact that they carry parts that can be very difficult to find from other retailers.
