"We've ordered three fans from Lamps Plus and we absolutely love them. The fans immediately enhance the aura of any room installed. The fans move the air effortlessly, very quiet and aesthetically pleasing.

Family and friends admire the look of the fans and request where to purchase the fans. Grandkids feel as if they're in a fancy hotel or restaurant. My youngest daps to show how much he loves the look. LOL.

One suggestion for LamsPlus is to show when a product is back ordered, give the expected arrival date, and indicate pre-ordering is an option when a item is looked at on the site. If I had not chatted with the rep, I my best assumption is I would not have known one of the ceiling fans I wanted wasn't available until during checkout. Thats the hope anyway. If that information would have come to me in an email AFTER I my purchase, I would really have been irritating and a big disappointment. "
