"I ordered a V911 helicopter from Lightake after perusing their website and checking that the documentation on the site showed that it was mode 2 controller (throttle and rudder on the left). When the article arrived I found that the controller was mode 1. There was also an intermittent fault on the throttle control channel causing the drive speed to change erratically.
I contacted Lightake Customer Service and received a reply from TINA requesting a video of the problem, to which I complied.
Following a few more emails to check details of the problems I was encountering, TINA informed me that Lightake had arranged for a mode 2 controller to be sent to me in Australia at no charge.
I highly recommend Lightake and their Customer Service Department, especially TINA, who was extremely courteous in her communications with me and was speedy in her replies, resulting in the situation being resolved expediently.

"I ordered a mk802 Android stick at Lightake at 9th on June. Later on, I got told by friends it might take up to 6 weeks due to postage by sea container. However, it only took a mere 2 and a half weeks.
