"I have ordered things from China before and have never had such incredibly slow processing as with lightake. I ordered an item on September 29, and it took them until October 9 to begin the shipping process. Here it is October 23 and I still haven't received it. Their tracking system is next to useless...last report was still in Beijing. Customer service is equally as useless, and all they say is to wait and if I haven't received it in 20 days to contact them! I ordered a Halloween item in September and it looks like it won't reach it's destination in time, especially since I need to ship it to someone else. No excuse for such poor service. I will file a dispute through Paypal, what a pain. Don't order from them unless you have several months to wait.
UPDATE: Lightake emailed me and has the nerve to ask me to remove this review! PLUS now they are telling me it takes over 30 days. They have repeatedly ignored my comments about the item not getting here in time for the intended purpose. If over 30 days was stated on their website, I would not have ordered. They said I should wait patiently for a "few more days", which is what they said in previous emails. They are blaming China post and say that everyone has the same problem. Pass the blame. They also said that the shipping date of October 9 (ordered Sept 29) was due to China's National Day. A ten day delay for one day holiday? Do they even realize how ridiculous they sound?
UPDATE in response to their comment: I had sent them pictures but they seem to want me to send pictures of dead batteries now (??!). I have explained the delay in sending additional pictures because of Hurricane Sandy in my area, but they don't understand English enough to acknowledge something like a power outage and limited computer access. AVOID. They are clueless."

"I have purchased many times from this site and so far it's been a good experience. They have a great costumer service, very helpful.
The prices are alright, some of them are a little high compared to other shops (only in a few products) but still are ridiculously cheap compared to the prices in my country. But some of the other shops don't have a costumer service as good so that's why I've been sticking to only buying on Lightake out of the chinese-free shipping options available.
The shipping is a little slow (3-5 weeks to my country) but it is to be expected. The products always come in appropiate packages, sometimes the boxes are slightly bended but that's not a problem at all. "
