"Fancy website, great prices, lousy service. Placed an order with a lead time of 5 days. After 5 days I email, no response. Next day I call, says will call manufacturer, no return call. I called manufacturer myself to find the item on backorder for another two weeks. I cancelled my order with LMperformance to purchase elsewher and the guy called me "impatient". Held my refund for full 10 days until paypal forced the issue. Be careful."

A rep over at LMPerformance personally contacted the manufacturer and is having them ship the part out to me tomorrow. It hadnt shipped yet because it was a special order part. The customer service at LM is very good when reached, and they strive to help take care of problems quickly."

"I ordered an exhaust Kit. The item shipped and arrived fast. Unfortunately the kit had been used and cut off car with torch. I requested a RMA and a NEW replacement the same day the item arrived (Saturday). I also provided a Picture. A return shipping label was sent the following Monday, but a replacement wasn't.

On Friday, the day after item arrived at the return destination there was still no replacement, so I requested a refund. I was told I had to wait on the wholesaler for inspection and to start refund process, but the item had not arrived. I pointed out tracking indicated it had been delivered on thursday. I was then told it had arrived, but the inspection/refund process had not been started. Now it has been 3 business days later and still no refund. Not happy at all.


ETA: more details and mention the hostile email I received after posting this review. also just a quick response to the "Ebay swap" theory. I asked for a replacement at first, that would have left me with two exhaust kits. one bought from ebay and one from LM Perf."
