"The lockers are nice and look great in my office! I had some issues with the delivery because I am a small medical office and not a contractor or a store with a loading dock. I spoke with lockers.com about my issues and they took care of the problems with the delivery service. They also said they are working on making changes to ensure that it will be easier for their products to be delivered to small businesses in the future. I appreciate them admitting there was a problem and resolving it. "

"the locker arrived bent at corners and dings on the flat sides. some of the bent corners had paint chipped and already rusted. it's a nicely made locker and very easy to assemble and get it up and ready, the packaing however was dissapointing as the product arrived damaged."

"I was pleased to have many product options from Lockers.com. Once I decided, the item came quickly and was solidly packaged. I chose to assemble the lockers myself. It was easy enough to do, but there were many parts and it took some time. My one complaint is that the hardware did not include lock-nuts. So although there are many fasteners, they are not as tight and as likely to remain together, as they might be with lock-nuts. I will add my own lock-nuts.
Overall, the product is well-made and attractive. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this site to others."

"The expected delivery time was well beyond what was stated on the site and receipt but eventually they arrived in good form. I wish the shipping price was more relative to order quantity. I would like to order one more cabinet but the shipping cost $140+ is the same for one item, a cabinet, as it was for three items, two cabinets and one locker so it is only beneficial if you are ordering more items. This kind of makes the overall price more for ordering just one item."

It had been a while since I put lockers together - the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

"The lockers themselves arrived in perfect condition and look great. The only surprise was that Lockers.com is quite literally branded all over the lockers. Every individual locker has the brand embossed into the metal lock plate AND has an additional metal placard-looking plate affixed to the top of each locker door.

It would be fine if it was one or the other, but 2 sets of branding on every single locker is overkill and makes the lockers look cheap. I would suggest that buyers look elsewhere and confirm that there won't be large print branding all over their lockers."
