They have options for payment, this last time we chose a Net 30 day payment which was very convenient for us and the lockers shipped very fast. I will definitely recommend them. "

Putting together.... well.... if we ever order again I will happily pay the extra for them to be put together for us! LOTS of nuts and bolts. "I could not find any info about shipping, handling and unloading procedure. when I called to get more info - you "did not know anything " about how they would be shipped out from your factory as to size of boxes, # of boxes or weight of boxes. NO info could be shared to help us prepare for delivery.
We could not accept the lockers at time of delivery due to weight restrictions and getting them off truck. When I called to find out about size and measurements of shipping Lockers your Customer service could not tell me how the lockers are shipped ( how many boxes, Weight and Size) so we could be prepared and ready). Poor knowledge about your product and packaging and delivery. Very disappointed. "
"Ordered was delivered late, shipping issues caused 2 seperate delays. The order form is not very clear, don't show side panels if they are an accessory. The order FORM should INCLUDE side panels unless buyers unselect them. Stop advertising 2 day shipping if 2 side panels are going to take 2 weeks to manufacture. These panels are not custom made by hand, they take hours not weeks to produce. I had to call for an update after already waiting for 9 days. Order #633251"
"The storage cabinet I ordered arrived pretty beat up from poor protection during packaging but the exterior of the box was in good shape so I don't blame the shipper. Sections on multiple panels had worn through the powder coating to bare metal and dented the adjacent panel in some cases. One of the welds on the door frame separated as well.
Despite all of this, their customer service was excellent and we were able to work something out to avoid having to send the unit back. Overall, the unit is sturdy and should provide years of service despite these defects."
