"I switched to mSpy from XNSPY. With XNSPY, nothing worked... my device is a RCA tablet with android 5.0, uses WiFi calls/text, and facebook messenger. The Key logging feature was an important feature attracting me to znspy, as well as the "no root needed". The Ambient sound recording feature works, but nothing else. After many support tickets, resets and reboots, the end result is the same. The program just does not work. They have offered a partial refund, which isn't fair. I paid for a years subscription, and after a week and all those support request, I'm offered a "partial" refund to my $90.00 for a product that does not work on my device! mSpy has now offered a free month to switch to them. Lets see if they work with my RCA tablet! I'll followup this review after I find out!"
