"I was told not to buy a mailbox that was really deep as it is impossible to reach into it and get your mail. This was the "not deep" mailbox sold by mailbox.com, there is no other. As it turns out, it is a medium mailbox, and many other companies sell the ones that are only about 4-5 inches deep. I planned to return it, but there are no instructions for returning mailboxes on their site. So I wrote them. After waiting several days, they said they only accepted returns in the original box (which was okay because I still had it), but they charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Paying for the return shipment cost plus the re-stocking fee does not make it worthwhile to return the product. So we are stuck with it. "
