"Your website is not functioning correctly. when I found the mailbox at your website I ordered 2 mailboxes. Your website suggests the Arm Kit for two of this mailboxes is 4878. In the description it says that it is for two deluxe mailboxes. Those are the mailboxes I ordered. All looked perfect. It turned out to be the wrong item. When I called, I was told that I need item #4378. But this 4378 doesn’t even exist on your website. It turns out that you have to order 4373. Item #4378 will be printed on the invoice.
It made my project quite a headache. To make the experience worse, you charged me 15% restocking fees and I had to pay $17.66 to send the wrong item back to you.

I found the right model on Amazon with a hefty price tag over $120. I found the same box at mailbox.com on sale for $80. Installed and recent rains have not damped our mail. The slot and box is large enough that thick Amazon envelopes have been delivered in box. Very satisfied! "
