"I was able to search and view for a reasonable priced USPS approved mailbox. I purchased the recommended pedestal. The large mailbox wobbled on the pedestal, because of the 16 ga. metal on the bottom of the box. As a metal fabricator, I was able to shear a larger plate to support the entire bottom of the box and install between the box and the pedestal. no more wobble.

"Product is well built and nicely designed with a couple of exceptions. It would have been nice to have water tight a seal where the mailbox openings are to ensure the box is water tight from not only rain, but sprinklers. Also, the product should have included both log and short screws so when you mount the mailbox without the expansion, the screws are not visible from the sides. It is lightweight and made entirely of aluminum. Staff were very friendly and helpful when placing the order."
