"The ONLY residential mailbox offered by this company to go with my deluxe double post is $175/each. Because their mailbox holes are centered on the bottom and in a square, it was very difficult to adjust mine/my neighbors current mailbox to fit well.

I'd have rather used a mailbox meant to go with the post, wish they'd offer a more reasonable priced mailbox. The description doesn't mention that alternative boxes may not fit appropriately. I may not have ordered this post if I knew it wouldn't fit a "typical" box from the big store.

Assembly and installation was easy enough though and it looks nice. That post is not going anywhere!"
