"I created an order then created an account as instructed. The order disappeared. On chat, I was told to send them the info and they could re-enter it for me. Tried to re-enter it myself later. Website would not accept what I wanted printed on ribbon. Message said there must be text (which there was. Tried again today and finally got the order to go trough"

"I had to enter a shipping address three times because it assumes I want the product shipped directly to me instead of the client. Despite adding a new customer address to the system, it disappeared seconds after entry. The promocode it kept prompting me to use would never be accepted and neither would any other generic promo code despite an order over $500. Then it wouldn't accept the order unless I gave it a specific in-hands needed date. I needed it delivered when completed so I shouldn't need to specify a specific date to further complicate it's shipping system. Not a site I would choose to use twice. "

"Ordered my items, got to cart and realized i hadn't logged. Had to reset my password because it had been a few years since I've ordered anything (pandemic!) Reset password and logged in. Ended up under a different window tab and realized my items weren't in my cart. Logged out of that window and picked up where i left off in original order but my items in my cart were now gone. Had to start over. Second time through, order almost complete and chose to save my custom imprint work. Cart ended up clearing AGAIN. Had to do the process a 3rd time.
If someone forgets to log in once they are already checking out and happens to need to reset their password, once that is done, I feel your website should at least continue the order path and let a customer pick up where they left off in checkout screen."
