"They did have a press for a customized ribbon I wanted, so I did not have to pay for the production fee. However, I was changed a fee for not ordering the minimum of that ribbon without knowing there was a minimum to avoid a fee, so I paid about $1 less. Had I known there was a minimum, I would have purchased 100 for just $6.75 more than what I was already paying for the 25 ribbons plus the $13 fee, as I know I would have needed them in the future and would have stored the inventory. I wouldn't have even mentioned it had I not spoken to customer service representative specifically about the press already made and that I wouldn't need to be charged to have it made. Had the representative added there was a minimum quantity to avoid a $13 fee, I have added to my order over the phone. I was just trying to avoid extra costs on my first order of these ribbons then buy in bulk next year after the item was made. I was not sent a shipping notice and had to reach out to confirm my order was being shipped and would arrive on time, which it did."
