It was two days before my boss was leaving at 8 a.m. The product didn't arrive until around noon on the day my boss had already left. I kept checking on the product and kept being told it was on schedule to arrive. It's not that I can't use the product (which is a great product), but we had nothing to give away at the event it was intended for. The shipping cost was refunded which was minimal satisfaction."
