"I purchased a pair of Eartec headsets after checking with the manufacturer and shopping around. Markertek had great pricing so I ordered. The mfg. had told me that when ordered individually, each headset (if ordered from direct) would have a battery charger. When I received the units ordered through Markertek - no chargers. After my exchange with the phone rep and mentioning ratings, I went on line to purchase a charger. Well, within a few minutes I had a call back from Markertek stating that they had made a mistake and they would send the charger at no charge. Not only did they send the charger but it came within two days. A shaky start, but Markertek came through. The product is great and the price was the best on the market. It took a little prodding, but the response we appropriate, swift, and well-communicated. Would buy from Markertek again. Thanks!"

"Item was shipped to wrong city and zip code. I called and they were able to correct address but wanted to charge me $15 for their mistake. After getting upset with them they waived the fee. When the item arrived it was DOA and did not turn on. I called them and they setup RMA and then emailed a few days later that a replacement item had been shipped and did not need to return defective item. Great customer service."

"I have always had excellent service from Markertek.
On example (illustrative of how they try to take care of customers) is when I ordered 200 feet of 10 gauge speaker wire. Markertek called me and said they only had 198 feet. They asked would that take care of what I needed or did they need to find the other two feet.
Of course, 200 feet was an generous "guesstimate" on my part of what I would need, and 198 feet was plenty.
BUT - for them to call over a 1% difference in the length of speaker wire I ordered was customer service WAY ABOVE anyone else I have dealt with."
