"I love getting sleeves from Mayday: They are cheap and usually decent quality (definitely worth the price). The 2 problems I have are that they default to premium sleeves when going to some sleeves' pages, making me accidentally order premium instead of standard. The other, arguably more annoying, is that there is a default checkbox on a rather small selection to "send this order to Facebook Messenger." Again, the default should be NO and it should be more prominent. I've no doubt many love using messenger for such updates, but I do not and didn't see this in the last order I made. I don't need to connect with companies via social media."

"There are a few sizes for sleeves I cannot find on Mayday Games' site that I have sourced from other locations, and this is due to non standard game card sizes. Overall however, I usually check Mayday Games first for card sleeves as I know theirs are of a higher quality than almost all other sleeve manufacturers I've tried!"

"I ordered a copy of Macroscope from Mayday Games through their Kickstarter campaign. It arrived and looked in good shape externally, but internally the box inserts were damaged--the dense deck of picture cards shifted around inside and tore and dented the cardboard. I emailed them about this problem and that I simply wanted a replacement of the damaged internal components I included a JPG photo of the damage. Curt emailed back that "Unfortunately, we do not have any plans to re-print inserts nor to replace them. If that changes due to enough reports coming in with damaged parts, I'll let Seth know and that may change."
In a follow-up email I reminded them of statements on their website. I quote: " "We mandate the most rigorous quality control checks to maintain standards of excellence. My follow-up email was listened to and they told me today (very prompt reply!) that they are shipping me replacement inserts. I appreciate they listened to my follow-up email and did the right thing! This restores my faith that Mayday Games believes in 100% customer satisfaction and that they'll stand by their full satisfaction guarantee. I wish you the best of success, Mayday Games.
