"Ordering my Man Cave TV was no problem, everything went without a hitch. I went to MY ACCOUNT then to MY ORDER and was a link to Track my order and I was surprised to see it and the unit was shipped within 2 business days after the Verification process and even gave a suggestion date of approximate arrival. It has now been 7 days later and NO confirmation from the delivery company of arrival. NOT happy in this regard. Some other delivery companies have a Location by Location Tracker to allow you to see exactly where your delivery is and what time the BAR CODES were SCANNED for precise tracking, not in mdg.ca case. I have emailed the SUPPORT team and no reply to the location of my TV nor anything from the delivery company. "

"Hi , my experience with mdg was great. My son for awhile now wanted a desktop for gaming with his friends and he music that he wants to start with his friends . He was bugging me for months and i couldn't find anything that he wanted. So my sister in law told me about mdg and how it was easy to apply and get what u needed. She said just make sure u have all the papers u needed. So we started looking on the website and there wad no desktop that he wanted. So we talk to a rep and she told us to wait a bit the pc he wants is coming soon.
