"For starters, deliveryman left all the garbage on my patio. Then they brought it all the pieces to livingroom and left us to take off plastic and put it together. As we did, we noticed a water stain on the end of the couch and it was missing velcro on the back. The loveseat recliners dont want to go down when you put them up, the left side is so lose you can see down to the floor where its supposed to connect, and there is a spring popping on the right side when I sit. Emailed and only got offereda small credit towards balance. This place is ridiculous. NEVER SHOP HERE. And it took a month to get our stuff. "

"I've now placed my 2nd financed order with MDG. First experience was great. If you're an "instant gratification" type, be prepared, it takes a little time for your first order to get your account set up and verified. But after all that was done, it was super fast and even the shipping company was polite!!! I had NO problem getting in touch with anyone when I had questions. Payments are easy, they just come right out on payday and I don't have to do anything. The TV (first order) is awesome!!! Ordered a Laptop for my 2nd order yesterday and can't wait! Would highly recommend!!"

"MDG is fairly reasonable, The actual price of the item I financed was comparable to other retailers and my payments are fair considering my poor credit.
I have had a good experience with MDG, particularly when compared to those businesses which target lower income folks (we all know who they are). They border on predatory and it surprises me none, that some have now branched out to "Payday-Lending".
MDG has never sent hired goons to my door, that's a huge plus. "

"Was told I was approved. Submitted way more personal information than I was comfortable with..thought all was good when they took money from my bank account..and it cleared...then I got an email and a voicemail telling me that they needed me to.send in a screenshot from my bank account showing payment deducted for MDG...and my account number and the brand name of the type od checking account...I couldn't get all the info into one screen shot an I sent like 3 sets of photos which wasn't good enough...after the third attempt, the rep told me to go to my bank and have them prepare a statement...That was the last straw...I was done. For a week I had been jumping through hoops for this company to get.a 300.00 laptop?
They had already taken money from my account..most companies stop there when the money clears the account...not MDG, it was always, "Oh, just one more thing before we ship your order"...
Too much personal info...too invasive...time wasted....I cancelled everything with MDG and placed an order with Dell. I get my laptop this Wednesday...
Beware of MDG....and just one more thing....
