"I ordered the PS5 Tv bundle. The process was very simple and quick, it started with the down payment then into the verification process and i had my shipment tracking all within a week. The payment options are useful and each customer rep i dealt with was great. My order came with 6 things and all 6 items were shipped at the same time with Ceva. You have to do a scheduled delivery with big orders so u have to pick a time for delivery mine is next Monday. "First order was great then I ordered a second time and we’ll they couldn’t figure out how much down payment called me multiple times asking the same question then finally called again to inform me it would be 2 weeks before my product ships while i waited I looked on Amazon and purchased the same product for 70% less thanks for being unprofessional unorganized it gave me time to research the product and realized these people are trying to rip me off so I canceled the order and will never buy from them again "
"Update: now after making me jump through a ton of hoops and everything else they didn't actually reserve the phone I ordered and now refuse to sell it to me. Mind you I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO REACH OUT THEY DIDNT REACH PUT TO ME. I honestly can't believe they treat their customers like this.
I have spent over a month getting the runaround. I have been a customer for 4 years and completed 4 purchases in that time. I have always paid on time and matter of fact I've paid extra and early on every order. Now on this last order, I had to jump through hoops to provide both paystubs for a month for both jobs and Account Statements. They would not take the account statements and we had to go back and forth now they finally took my account statement but refused to process my order until my next payment payment was processed. I am paid almost $500 ahead on that order and I feel like I am getting the run around for no reason. Just go with another service if you want a straightforward buying process. Now they are threatening me that if I try and cancel my order they will stop me from placing orders in the future"

"I was approved for a set amount of credit. I picked what I wanted and i placed the order and after doing so I was told that now I would have to make 6 payments weekly / Bi weekly / or monthly so Starting to feel lied to and deceived and nonetheless becoming a bit reluctant (just seemed shady to me) I reached out to my "in-house expert" at mdg I was informed that if unwanted to proceed with Only one of the items that I had Chosen that i could do that. And then once the 6 payments were completed. And I received the item I would be able to Get the rest of the things that I initially wanted and already BEEN APPROVED FOR as I would be a customer So I would be able to get the rest of those items without having to make 6 payments beforehand. I guess the easiest way to describe this is that I just didn't want to send my money to somewhere without getting the items first or at least knowing that it was legitimate. So after making the 6 payments. And holding up my end of the deal. I received an item that was not as described So I started emailing and calling again.
And in the process of trying to straighten that all out I realized that they had taken away all my credit that I had left on my account. So I called my in-house expert again and was told that now. I can only make the one purchase and i would not be approved for 6 more months and that this was a new policy I go to see this is not a very good way of doing business with people. And I really hope that this can be dealt with properly because As it is now I wouldn't recommend you guys to my worst enemy"
