still got billed for something i never received, cancelled order still getting billed for something never received.
apparently i have to wait for an investigation to be completed to get my money back when MDG hired UPS to deliver to me, i never got yet i am the one that is seemingly in the wrong. i never shipped with the company that lost the item, plus i pad extra for priority processing and was supposed to get priority shipping as well.
almost a month later and still nothing, and no money returned to me either

"After many months of examining the best way to purchase a large TV, I ran across MDG. At first, I thought it was a scam. How could I purchase an 85-inch Samsung from MDG cheaper than I could purchase a 75-inch from a different supplier? "I began my ordering process on 02 January and just received one of my products on 30 January. The other product was lost during shipping and on 31 January I finally get notified that it was lost and they have to send me another one which can take another 3-10 business days. Pretty infuriating that I already made another payment and still haven’t received my entire order. I would tell anyone to think twice before ordering from here if they have a timeline. "
