"I am going on vacation..Order four shirts Express Delivery..Got three shirts and a 2 pieces set that I didn't order..Call the company to let them know how this was an inconvenient..The company said, send it back and you want be paid for shipping..The item ordered is no longer available.. My complaint is don't advertise items that you don't have and don't tell the customers I will put 10 dollars back on your card..How about, I apologize for any inconvenience that you are having.. Money is not what I was looking for..I was looking for this company to offer me some type of discount on my next order.. "

Closed Account Due to Customer Service

"Today I closed my account due to horrible customer service. The Metrostyle website was malfunctioning last week so when I called to request an invoice via email, so that I could return items, I was advised that customer service did not have that capability. Poor digital options is bad customer service in itself, so I requested a supervisor and was transferred to Faye. When I called her out on lying to me about sending the email, she became belligerent and hung up on me. Thankfully, when I called back, I was connected with Sasaan, a real manager who took care of my issue. Although Sasaan presented herself in a professional manner, I decided to close my account because of Faye. I also encountered an ignorant and rude representative today but I did not get his name. It is a relief that I will not be doing business with this company because I won't have to interact with representatives with low social skills."

"I took over 2 weeks to receive my shipment, would have expected next day for the $12.99 shipping I paid for 2 pairs of shoes. When they arrived they were cheap stiff leather and hurt my feet, there was no return label in the bag (yes bag not box) the shoes came in so I had to call (several times to get a hold of someone) to get a return label. Once I received the label I returned the items and 3 weeks later no refund. I finally received an email that I have a credit (minus $25 for all the Exorbitant shipping charges) to purchase something else that wont fit or I wont like. I did not waste my time calling, I sent an email and if I don't have a response within 24 hrs and a refund, I will call my bank. Only wish I used Paypal, OH WAIT they don't offer that since they are in the dark ages , or a credit card so since I used my debit card, I will have to go through 1 hr on the phone with my bank to get a refund. WHAT A DISASTER!"

"I do not speak well in English, and I apologize for the errors. I took their cheap prices and bought a dress and sports clothes. The dress was not at all like in the photo was a poor quality fabric and sewn too bad. But I decided to carry it home. Sport suit was absolutely horrible. The strips were sewn on it asymmetrically, pants like a clown, poor quality fabric. I returned it. I paid $ 39.99 + $ 9.99 for shipping. I got money in just 2 months after I called them. They have given me only $ 33. I understand that this is not a big loss, but it's a matter of principle. I called them and they tried to make me look like a fool, saying that the money for postage. Then they said it was a mistake, but did not apologize. I tried to write a review about this suit and put him 1 point. And what do you think? My comment is not posted on the website! Now I realize that they post on their website only positive feedback. They are the real crooks! Do not act on their inexpensive prices, all their clothes look good only on photographs fiyah. Even the prices are too expensive for such poor quality clothes"

"Metro Style the catalog filed for some form of bankruptcy last fall. They still owe me a credit for an item I returned and I am sure I will never see it. You can Google Metrostyle and see dozens and dozens of complaints about them - their shoddy clothing and no credits being given for items returned. Chadwicks is part of their conglomeration of companies. I went online to both and cancelled my catalogs, only to find I am still receiving them. They go in the recycle bin as soon as they arrive as I would NEVER EVER order anything from either company again. If you do, you're playing Russion Roulette with your money."
