Customer service responsive but useless

"I had a part of my order delayed and I got a response of "it'll be there in 2 weeks" over and over again for 3 months until they just stopped responding altogether. Save your money and buy better gear with better support."

" Absolute horrible experience, I ordered a new carrier with soft armor and plates and these ah's send me a piece of crap carrier that fell apart and even the soft armor and plates were obviously used, wtf.

These 5h*t birds totally ripped me off and then refused to refund me and then further have the nerve to bait and switch me for more money, FOAD!

Beware, midwestarmor is a total scam and knows absolutely nothing about body armor nor customer service, avoid at all costs, there are much better body armor companies out there.
