bbb.org is a worthless shylock shyster organization
"The bbb.org is nothing more than a shylock shyster organization that so as long as any company gives them money they can keep an A+ rating despite lying, swindling and stealing from anyone, the bbb could care less what happens to you the consumer.
The bbb is a worthless organization that should be sued and disbanded and its hierarchy imprisoned for fraud.
Dont rely on the bbb for anything, nothing will get done other then them emailing you that they are working on it and then the response of the company you are interacting with will refuse to remedy the situation too which the bbb will respond okay everything has been done to the bbb's satisfaction.
Now this is inspite of that you the consumer dont agree, so then the case is closed, this is everytime all the time and is how it works, sounds like the politicians in this country.
So you see bbb.org is actually a worthless shylock shyster organization and nothing more."

"Extremely poor customer service, rude, very argumentative, absolutely does not like being confronted when they are wrong, requires customers to have to 'jump through stupid hoops' to get whats owed to them, cuts you off when you are right.....permanently lost our $$$ business.....their use of zendesk has also helped ruin gunbroker and turn it into a libtard police state website that is likened to a left website and now requires photo id and all of your personal information that they no doubt sell and make a profit, not a good prospect when you are supposed to adhere to the 2nd Amendment.
There are many other businesses that have outstanding customer service and more reasonable fees that would never treat their customers in such a rude and poor manner and will gladly buy thru them.

"ups rates a zero star rating but its not available. ups is the absolute worst shipping company period, ridiculously high priced on everything, terrible deliberately rough handling, incompetent rude employees and completely dishonest.
ups will do everything that they possibly can to give you the absolute worst service that they possibly can and apparently are modeled after the us postal service which is just as bad."

"Purchased from them and they charged me twice and then when confronted they argued with me and then tried to place the blame elsewhere.
They never once accepted responsibility for their 'mistake', and didnt even offer an apology at least or a discount or something.
The purchase was decent and the price was okay, the packaging and shipping was fine and I would probably give them another chance perhaps, but the overcharge incident was total nonsense and their customer service was terrible."
