""Use the needle to repair" is one of the responeses i received when trying to return a dress that I received with a rip at the helm. After numerous failed attempts to upload a photo of the rip, Milanoo responded by 1) telling me it passed the quality test prior to shipment so it must have been torn after receipt. They then 2) offered a $20coupon to shop WITH THEM (as if) or a $10 refund and 3) suggested "you can use the needle to repair it or take to a tailor shop". 4) When I did not agree with that, they questioned me as to why it took 3 days to submit return request/complaint. I explained that I got the package on Feb 28th and attached their response on March 1st (there are only 28 days in Feb). I reiterated that the dress was received ripped and suggested that it was possibly damaged while packaging if it passed their quality check. I was then asked about the condition of the box and I explained that it,was not damaged, so they attempted another cop out by saying that 5) they checked with THEIR warehouse/supplier who said they did not damage the dress and also said the dress must have been damage when received (of course they would, if Milanoo is not accepting responsibility, why should the warehouse/supplier?). So after almost 3wks of back and forth messages, today I received their final solution 6) A $50 coupon for Milanoo or a $25 refund in a dress that costs $193+. I am appauld. I suggest no one ever use them. The dress was beautiful if not for the rip. I guess as long as everything is perfect and you don't have to deal with them on a complaint they get better ratings, but who wants to tske that chance?"

"This is a very horrible and dishonest company. They are cheats and liars. I ordered the same size of two pairs of shoes and the company stuffed both pairs in one box and sent me the wrong size. After weeks of battling with them, they told me to send the wrong pair of shoes back so they could send the right size and that they would refund me the full cost of shipping which cost me $58.30. After I shipped the shoes back and emailed them the shipping receipt, they said it was the cost of shipping was too expensive to refund. After some weeks, they offered me a $20 coupon to compensate for the shipping cost which I declined. About 3months later now, I have still not gotten my shoes. They also cheat on their custom duty by labeling goods worth hundreds of dollars as $10 or $11 so they don’t have to pay high custom fees. Their customer service is absolute crap, especially one of their reps called Yolandama. I have tried to report them to the US customs and other higher authorities. If anyone knows where to report this case to, please report them so they don’t keep scamming people."
"Fraud ! they remove the cloth labels and falsely advertising items materials and sizes , It is extremely expensive to send products back and if you do it anyway they will take about %30 for restocking and shipment and you end up with almost nothing back so its doesn't worth it to return items .(costed me $50 to return 5 items)
out of 7 items i bought only 1 !!!! was as described .... complete waste of time and money
what was advertised as made of cotton was in fact made of 100% cheap synthetic material and poorly made, also the size chart for this is wrong as it much smaller then it is .
They remove all the cloth tags so you have zero information from the manufacture on what you buy .

So for safety's sake I ordered XXL and that was exactly right. The dress sits loosely but not too far. I would have to drive at least 20 km, and then rummage through a shopping mall where lofty sales people want to tell me what suits me and what not and then I want to turn a part of polyester. And all those who are upset that so much purchasing power and thus money is traveling abroad should accompany me shopping with us (Lower Austria, Gro? Raum Wien). I was looking for just such a dress! "I just got this dress today and I love it~ I was worried because I heard some bad things about this site but now I don't know if they're false or this site has gotten way better. All I know is that I'm definitely telling my friends to shop from here. I didn't expect the sleeves to be detached, though if they weren't the sleeve would probably be too long... Another thing I didn't expect was for the bows being attached by safety pins instead of being sewn on. This annoys me a bit because I'm worried they'll be lost, but other than that I have no qualms with it :) Overall I'll rate this site a 5/5"
