"I am from GREECE. I bought from that site a phone MEIZU MX4 PRO which had problem with graphics which means the gpu had problem. I communicate with them with e mail,after their request i sent videos to show that problem. They told to sent it back to CHINA to fix the problem, they sent back to me but the problem in gpu remained. They told to sent it back for second time and that happened and 3RD TIME!!! They didnt do nothing, they didnt fix the problem and they didnt sent me new phone because it was obviously that the phone is crearly malfunction. Their behavior was unprofessional. "I have purchased a Meizu MX5 since May. After two weeks I have received it. It was DOA (dead on arrival). I have opened a dispute in Paypal and started a communication through Paypal with Minideal. Minideal representative guaranteed that upon receipt of the problematic phone they would exchange it with a brand new right away. On that frame I didn’t escalate this to Paypal and this way my biggest mistake. Be aware that after you create a dispute in Paypal and you don’t escalate this to Paypal in order for them to decide then after 20 days Paypal automatically closes the dispute and you will never be able to re-open this for the specific dispute. So now I have no support from Paypal, hence minideal does not send me any phone. They keep telling me “Dear customer you have to wait for a new replacement” even though they do not provide any specific date. They are common thieves. After contacting Meizu on my own I received a reply that the phone was flashed wrongly so they do not provide any replacement. So Minideal in order to avoid bearing the cost of the mobile they keep telling me lies. 220 euros were thrown in the garbage. Avoid them!! Never trust them. Select other sites instead of Minideal"
"Worst after sale service ever.They don't answer to the e-mails.They are just dealers and that's it !!! I took 3 phones and two of them they had problem to the android menu.
I sent my phone (to reinstall ROM because i had reboot problem) to Minideal at November 16th 2015 as a registered package to Greek Post Office( i paid 12 euros). Today (March 8 of 2016) they still fool me that i must pay 18 dollars to take back the phone from the service (i had 6 months warranty and expired because they had my phone more than 3 months!!! Plus they told me they want 8 more dollars to send it back to me the phone!!!
Greek mobile shop they give you 2 years warranty.And the price of phones now are more reasonable than older.Sorry about my bad english."

"I had the worst experience of my life with this online store. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Here is my big bad story.. on June 2014 i ordered a smartphone for 210€. On May 2015 the touch function of my device stopped working without a warning. The mobile phone didn't fall down or had an intence vibration.
It just stopped working suddenly! I reported the problem to minideal and sent it immediately for fixing. The package arrived to the destination country 10 days before my warranty expire. At first minideal.net told me that the warranty is not going to cover the repair costs because the warranty is going to expire. I disagreed, telling them that my damage report was made many days before the warranty's expiration and any kind of delay is due to mailing companies. They said "we will try our best". After a long time they informed me that i have to pay if i want my device to get fixed, because the warranty covers only quality problems and they cannot replace the LCD and digitizer. I replied telling that my phone's failure is a quality problem. They said they cannot do something because the official service centre charged them and they don't warranty replace phone parts.
After that i mailed the official service centre to talk directly with them about my problem. They replied, telling me that warranty issues are up to the seller and not the service centre. Also they said that my phone is not registered in their system. That means my phone never went to the official service centre as minideal told me. That makes them great liars!
Concluding the employees Chen Rachel and Kathy never cooperated and kept lying to me for the last 6 months!!!!! I have lost a lot of time with these conversations and a lot of money without my smartphone. I also took advice from a lawyer but again they didn't cooperate with me.
I see many people are mistreated by them. We can cooperate and take legal actions against them. Contact me if you agree. Dimitris "
"This shop sold me defective smartphone!!!! They asked me to sent it back so i did it (Track number RE479455829GR ) and after 3 months waiting i received it back. The phone had the same problem. I contact again to the shop and they ask me to resent the phone for replace!!! I sent it back again (Track number RE479463666GR). Now 3 months have been passed and this shop refused to replace it or refund my money. I payed 550 USD. Stay away from minideal.net!!!"
"Avoid buying from this e-shop. In case of a non-defective product, a purchase from this shop is ok, if the product comes with a defect then trouble begins. The mobile phone i bought came with a defect in the speaker, I contacted them immediately and they offered a series of unreasonable solutions, at first they told me to return it (I would pay the cost) and they would send me a new one but It would be checked, when I asked them the way they check them, they told me by opening the box, the second option was to send me a new speaker and go somewhere and fix it, and the third was to send it in a warehouse here in Greece, they gave me the address but they said that there was no contact person or a phone number to communicate. After that I told them that I wanted a refund and I requested the cost of return to be covered by them. Not to mention that everytime I tried to contact them through the chat service, the communication was awful. I even opened a dispute in Paypal, in order to be more sure, at least for my refund. The package arrived in China 2 days before the period Paypal gives in order to close the dispute, they didn't collect the package but the very last day (obviously it was intentionally). After they received it i had no news from them for at least 2 weeks and then I started chatting them, and this is a new experience...not to say more, after chatting with them (with all difficulties in our communication - not answering my messages or saying that they will refund and then saying that they have no answer to my refund request-) for at least two weeks i managed to get my refund, a whole month after they received the package and two months since the date i purchased their product. The conclusion is that you should never buy from them, unless you like risks, or if you buy, always buy with credit card in order to dispute the exchange."

"Minideal.net is a horrible company to deal with. I have ordered a phone from them on June 19th and it is now September 10th. This is almost 3 months and I am still waiting. I have emailed customer service numerous times about any updates when will I receive my package. The customer service has very bad English and is worthless as far as information goes. The tracking number they have given me doesn´t help me at all because they have not given me a shipping company (or website) where I can check the progress of the package. They said that they will contact their logistics company and let me know where the package is and when it will arrive.... that was 3 weeks ago.
In the last email that I sent them (3 days ago) is still unanswered. I told them that I am tired of waiting and I want them to return my money immediately. I still have not received my money back . "
