"I ordered products a few times , but there was a mix with my payment ( PayPal). I am not sure who is to blame. In any case, I think it took 6 or 7 days to receive my merchandise and then I received the same order the next day.So now I have 2 of the same order. It was not very expensive, it was 6 pairs of RCA cables, so I decided to keep both orders @ about $65 / per order.RCA cables are always handy to have for the hobbyist. I was in touch with Monoprice for the whole time and they were most obliging in trying to get to the bottom, and I am unsure of what I was charged for. So, I have a bunch of extra RCA cables, no big deal.What I am dissatisfied with the product.These cables are very stiff and not pliable. I ordered new ones from Crutchfield. They came in 1 day, and are excellent quality for just a little more money. I am sure Monoprice would return with refund, but, it is not worth the trip to the ups store, and I will find a use for them. I think Monoprice is a good company, and I will consider them in the future, but this particular experience was not very good…I was asked to give a review , there it is"
