"I bought the single motor sit/stand table frame and a nice top for it. After assembly, I had a huge scare: it worked for 4 stand/sit cycles, then decided to stay in the down position. It would attempt to go down but then sense it can't go any lower and would immediately stop attempting to go down but would not budge to go up, no response whatsoever. I figured it must be the switch or the controller board that may have gone bad. I wrote Monoprice and the return policy is you must take apart and return the entire table frame to get a new one. They would not accept the controller board and switch separately. Having to return 45 pounds of anything would be quite expensive, but luckily the switch started working again 3 days later, no idea why or how. I'm very careful with it now... If this table exists on Amazon, i would suggest buying it there so that if a somewhat likely return has to be made on a heavy item, it's not on you. or better yet, just buy the more reliable dual motor table frame, as it has a better switch controller with 3 cap touch presets!"
