UPS Ground 3-5 business days depending on location plus 1 day processing time. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for CA and 4-5 business days for NY (Monday-Friday).
They haven't changed since their data breach occurred years ago."

"Monoprice has always provided great service, products and prices.
However, for my most recent order, I made the terrible mistake of choosing "Monoprice 1-day" shipping. This was unfortunately Golden State Overnight (GSO) shipping, though the carrier was not clearly disclosed in the checkout process.
They left a tag instead of a package, with no way to release the package (containing low value items like USB cables) for delivery except for contacting Monoprice.
Hopefully the release will go through and the package will be delivered tomorrow - bug GSO's poor service and inflexibility (no way to release online or via the door tag) makes even USPS look good. "
"I purchased a "clean pull" hard drive which was described as having "never been used and never burned." When I checked the health of the drive (using Crystal Disk Image), it showed that the drive had been on for almost 5 YEARS! I contacted customer support and they said that they had been receiving a lot of similar complaints. Given the tiny fraction of the people who actually do check drive health, getting A LOT of complaints sounds to me like EVERYONE who checks it complains. I work in IT. When explaining this situation to my coworkers, most of them admitted to not checking drive health when they purchase drives. Monoprice is KNOWINGLY committing FRAUD! Do not buy their products! They offer nothing but a return when you catch them in the act."
"Monoprice has good products but crappy delivery for Canada.They use DHL which, probably to save money, use Canada post to finish the job.
They fail delivering (it's the second time it happens to me) and cannot print an address correctly and always miss something on it (like the name of the company or something else). They then have to send it back to the US and redo it all over again.
Not worth the trouble."

"Ordered this 5/28 knowing we needed this for the 6/4 weekend. Five days AFTER the order which was paid by Paypal which I use all the time, received an e-mail that the order was still payment pending. Multiple responses to the customer service person that was sending this message (and it was not a "generic" e-mail address ALL went unanswered. Finally received the items 6/7 which was TOO late. Yes, we will use them going forward and yes they are what I expected, but this was handled terribly!
While my overall rating needed to be dissatisfied as that is all it shows (even though many others asked for) we have purchased a lot of items from Monoprice and are overall satisfied. This however was a terrible experience."

"Ordered several in stock items at 10:30am on a Friday, expecting them to be shipped out same day as advertised. Contacted Monoprice the next Monday to inquire, and was informed that an item was backordered. I had them cancel the item, and was told the order would ship that day. It did not, and I am still waiting for the order to ship.
Monoprice may have good prices, but they seem to have trouble getting a simple order out the door in a timely fashion. Needless to say, this will be my last order with them. "
"Ordered product 5/19. Expected product next day 5/20 and paid for fast shipping. They did not fulfill my order until 5/20, so now they think it's OK to deliver on Monday? I want my shipping refunded and their customer service ignored my email. I may do a chargeback. This is just incompetence."
