Based on my tracing of last order it's sitting someone about 3 hours away from me and hasn't moved in weeks. Calling OTC I was told I needed to contact the shipping company/post office directly, so it becomes my problem to find my order. Emailing gets no response for refund. Please do not waste your money on OTC, just pay a little more from a company more reliable."
"I ordered Contact day/night cold meds. I ordered 4 packages. Paid with paypal, and it took 10 days to recieve a package from them. What I recieved was 4 "Corn protectors". You know, for your feet? Funny, so I order a lot online and I email them and send a picture of what I got and tell them They need to send me what I ordered. No reply for a few days. I call them and someone with an accent says they will take care of it after I give him my order numper but he was very quick to get rid of me. A week later I send another email and ask whats going on? No answer. I then start a claim on paypal. 4 days later, they email me and tell me they need a picture of the item I gots UPC code? I'm like WTF? Who cares what the code is, you didn't ship what I ordered, what does it matter? I send them the picture, and we are now at a month from when I placed the order. 6 days later I get a refund through paypal.
I am pretty sure they are a scam site. They probably buy salvage items, then ship them no matter what you order hoping you will give up and not persue a refund. The total price was $37 bucks, they probably get away with a lot of these scams. They were not at all worried about what I ordered from the start.

"Carefully review order contents and watch your bill. In Feb. I ordered 4 cans of hairspray. Order and shipping email confirmations confirm this. However, I received only three. Luckily, the packing slip inside box stated 3 as well.
I contacted them via contact form on website and email a total of about 15 times before I had to dispute my credit card.
Customer Service acknowledged the discrepancy and stated on 3/2 a refund was issued for 1 can of $5.64. About 3/9, nothing. I write, they assure me refunded. A week later, same. Another week... same. They finally just stopped responding so I was forced to dispute the charge for this amount having their email acknowledgement the bank is the one who returned my money.
I am just left with the feeling, this was intentional. Figure if one out of three don't look carefully or follow-up, great profit for them."

"1. Their website says "free shipping for orders over $149" - didn't apply to me. The support was useless - basically just said "works on our side". No refund.
2. They didn't ship half of the order. And I had to prove that through a lengthy email thread (a total of 28 emails). First, I had to send photos of the package. Then, I've sent a video showing that the box isn't even big enough to fit all items. They still didn't believe it - basically saying that their warehouse has confirmed the shipping is fine and the issue is on my side - either someone has stolen the items or just I'm lying. Then, I had to weigh every single bottle to prove that the overall weight of the box is exactly what they've sent to me. And only then they've agreed that the package missed 8 items ($100+ btw). The result was a refund, not a shipment of missing items.
Total time wasted - 1.5 months.
P.S.: I always thought that shopping at smaller retailers vs amazon is better since I'm supporting smaller businesses. Never again. If such a thing would happen at amazon - I'd instantly receive a refund without even sending a partial order back."

"I wished I would of checked the reviews before I ordered instead of after. I got two orders of the same thing and wanted to return the second order. They said ok but didn't send out a mailing label or give us a number that needed put in the ship package. So how can I do this, lessons learned and it seems anytime I order on line it is someone from China and I get screwed. I like the box stores and may stick with those. With them not calling back well will not make the time line they say we can return item. Just buy local !"

Customer representative informed me that, the items are in clearance category and I should know that clearance items can be expired. This information is not written any where in their web page. Can you believe it a company can sell expired baby product and they think they are not doing anything wrong. Furthermore I paid not %10 of the actual value, I paid just %50 less. Consequently, this company does not care babies health, they are just cruel profit lover."
