"I was surprised after receiving my order that the shoes I ordered did not fit and that there was nothing in the description about running small. When I called customer service to get a new size they offered 25% back. When I said I would like a larger size they told me I would be responsible for return shipping I was initially OK with that until I found out I had to ship to China and that would be more than I paid for the shoes. I now have shoes that don’t fit and out the cash. "

Sometimes one or two pieces comes shockingly bad and different from the picture. Overall they are good and the size guidance is pretty helpful.
I also use the customers reviews They are real buying customers which is something really relieving.
It could use to lower the prices more and provide more plus sizes for many top selling items and lingerie.

"The ordering experience and service was great. No issues there whatsoever. However the product itself, whilst visually being the same as images shown, came quite flimsy and lightweight as material. It was a hoodie/jumper but there is no way it could be worn for winter months as it is the material of a long sleeve tee-shirt. My rating is based more on quality of the item then anything else as I expected for cotton/poly mix, that the hoodie would be thick and heavier to keep the wearer warm. I would be too worried to order again based on this. Postage and ordering were all good. "
