BUT, after I clicked "complete transaction" that is where the confidence stopped. If you want post-click service (I.E actually get your product or a response) I do not recommend this site.
I placed the order on items that claimed they were in stock and would ship in one business day. 3 days later still no order shipped even though I had received a confirming email that the order had been reviewed and the order was marked on the web site, "complete & awaiting shipment confirmation from warehouse." I tried to contact via phone number with only a recording and general mailbox so I contacted nuLime via web site. I received a form letter with no clue to why my order had not shipped. 3 more days passed with no contact or answers so again I reached out getting a no response. This cycle went for over a week with no one at nuLime knowing why the order had not shipped, but "we are looking into it". I finally opted to CANCEL the order.
Now 17 days after nuLime.com confirmed the order and 4 days after I canceled the order nuLime.com has still have not confirmed that the order is canceled. I have sent an email and submitted two tickets on the issue and I have not even received the courtesy form letter responce from their customer service group.
I am not sure what the problem may be nor do I care. The reality is every store has issues at one point or another and it's how we deal with them is what makes a loyal customer. We all have a choice.
Bottom Line: I can't imagine how I would be treated if I had received defective or incomplete order. This is one site I would never recommend and I would actually make a point to tell others to use caution. "
"i dont normally write reviews, but another company screwed me over(electotronics aka gpscrave.com), and i ended up getting my merchandise from Nulime.com. i placed the order, got 2 confirmation emails immediately, then the shipping tracking a day later. i got my stuff in a timely fashion and only paid pennies more than the crappy company noted above. read my review of electotronics to get the scoop on them. great product, great prices, and reliable... i will order from them again."
