"Awful service and customer support ! Never buy anything from this company. My order was placed almost 1,5 months ago and still I am struggling with the company’s representative to obtain valid information on the status. It seems like the order is simply lost because a shipment tracker has shown that the shipment left the airport zone at destination on Feb 12 and still is not received on March 1!
The customer support assistant of the company denied my multiple requests to cancel my order and refund my money which is total value $125.
I would like to warn everyone who is considering to use this website and will escalate my complain to the customers protection rights authorities."
"I placed an order in October (order #37105) for over $500 worth of supplements. After 10 days without any news, I contacted the customer service again and they explained that my products were not available. I was then offered a refund or to choose other products. I immediately asked for a refund which I am still waiting for 4 months later.
Customer service told me several times that my refund was in process. But I never received anything and the support ended up not answering me anymore. I am desperate about this situation. The amount of money stolen is huge for me.

"I have ordered pills at Nutriessential 2,5 months ago to Canada and THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I understand that international shipping can take time but pills from Europe arrived in like 3 weeks. I have messaged them so many times but they were not helpful at all. They told me they paid additional money for tracking information but the next message said they do not have any tracking information. They always say "be patient, we are helping you with your problem" but they do not! They lied to me so many times now. I am sure I will NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER and I paid lots of money. I kindly asked them for a refund but they ignored it. It suddenly says "fulfilled" in my oder summary now, even though it was not delivered! Please do not order at this website! I am so disappointed and the service was not helpful at all. It is a scam!"
"This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ordered from. I placed an order on 9/3. I never heard anything back so requested a refund 5 days later, I didn’t receive a response so tried again. Two days later they do not acknowledge my request for refund and instead give me 2 options: 1). Wait for product on back order (they’re website did not say the product was in back order or not available. To this day over a month later it is still not available) or 2) accept another product which does not even treat or cover the same issue.
Unbelievable. I have tried through alternate means to return the alternate product and they refuse. They lie saying they did not say they would refund me. Over a month later still no refund or allowing me to return alternate product. This company is so unprofessional. Be wary. I would absolutely not do business with them again. Buyer beware!!!"
"Ordered product on 7/9/21 and didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. Sent email and they replied that they didn't have it and tried to force a different product on me. After several exchanges stating I wanted a refund and not some random product, they agreed to a refund and said 5-6 days. Waited 2 weeks and no refund. Emailed again and went through the exact same scenario... over and over. Email verbiage was very sketchy, constantly stating I was on a priority list, they would give me 10% off all future orders of $100 or more for my trouble (whoopie!), and even promising to send the product that same week after I stated I had not received my refund (I still haven't received a refund or the product & it's October 1st). They must do this A LOT because in one email they even requested the following (copied from our email exchange):
"We have canceled your order and proceeded with your refund request with the accounting department, the credit should reflect in your bank in 5 to 6 business days and less. Meanwhile kindly do not bad review or dispute us for any reason. We are sorry for any delay that happened and requesting you to cooperate."
I am now having to dispute through my bank to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!"
"AVOID LIKE THE COVID! Website shows products in stock that are not, then you have to fight with them via multiple phone calls and emails to get your refund which takes AT LEAST 30 days.. SCAMMERS."

"On Dec 7, 2019 I rec’d an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec’d them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors.
