I reported their (2nd) error and was told I would receive my refund in a few days. No refund. Now I am told no refund until they receive the package that I did not order!"

"I am very impressed with this site. I ordered a 256MB module for an older Toshiba laptop. I placed the order on 11/04/04 (Thursday). I received my order on 11/09/04 (Tuesday). I popped it in, and it worked. I doesn't get any better than that.

I can't believe I just now found them. If you are looking for memory at a good price, skip the name brand sites, skip ebay, and even skip newegg(although they are great too), this site will provide what you are looking for at a reasonble price. The memory configurator works well, placing the order is easy, and confirmation emails let you know the status of your order. Also, shipping is free! Since I have now found this site, I won't bother looking on ebay anymore. Barring a miracle, you will never get memory on ebay as cheap and worry free as you can on this site. "I ordered 512MB of memory for my Mac G4 at work earlier this month and later ordered another 1 GB of memory for my G5 at home. Prices were excellent and my shipping via USPS was free. Both orders arrived within 5 days and are currently working perfectly in their respective machines.

I can't speak for the quality of OEMPCworld's customer service, as I've had no problems so far, but I would definitely order memory from them again.

Just an update: I've ordered memory from OEMPcWorld seven times since June 2004. Every time I've gotten memory that worked perfectly the first time at an excellent price.

I did have one defective DRAM module two months ago (died after 18 months of operation). I requested an RMA number online, got it within an hour, mailed back the module that night, and had a replacement a few days later.

I will continue to turn to this company for my memory needs."
