"Omg...why didn't I read the reviews...they never did my exchange
So then I had two pairs shoes. Now I did a return and never received the return label. Then I tried to call them and got a busy signal and again I was answer with a voice machine " that the mailbox we reached, has a mailbox full."..so on and so forth.
I emailed them and 3 days latest answer they could not find my order#that I was questioning.
I shipped it back myself and hope that they credit me without having to contact y credit card to file a dispute of fraud....

"i found this online site when i couldn't find shoes with removable insoles and would fit my orthotics i have to wear now due to an tendon injury. they have a good selection of well made shoes and top quality manufacturers for women, men and kids. the prices are high on some shoes but considering the prices in the stores, they are same and sometimes a little lower.
i have purchased several pair from this site over the last few years and if i had to return a pair they were timely in thier credit to my card.
my only "delta" for this company is that when they offer a discount, read the fine print. they usually only discount 2-3 or a few more brands and not all from the site. they list all they don't apply the discount to when in my humble opinion it should show just the ones the discount applies to. it would certainly help the buyer's expectations. "
"Worst online service I ever had so far. The online ad showed the shoes I wanted in stock and one day processing. After several days Shoes never shipped, I called and no one would answer I left call back number and recording said would call back in an hour, no call back. Contacted Google for help no response to my email. Finally after several attempts and days my order was cancelled and I was suppose to receive a refund, will be checking my account. Poor communication and service, advertising online stock that is not in stock. Don't waste your time! "
"I am totally disgusted with this company's so called service. When I noticed they were preparing to send a duplicate order I tried calling "customer service" for three days. I not only hung on the phone for over 1.5 hours EACH DAY, but also left my phone number for a call back 3 TIMES. NOT ONLY DID NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK EITHER.
ASIDE FROM MY CALLS, I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 OR 4 TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. IN FACT, I DON'T BELIEVE THERE IS A "CUSTOMER SERVICE".... I DON'T BELIEVE THERE IS ANYONE ON THEIR PHONE, AND AM REPORTING THIS VERY UNSATISFACTORY SO CALLED BUSINESS TO WHATEVER AGENCIES I CAN."
"This site is a disaster. Stay away at all cost. They will send you shoes with a promised 365-day return policy but, in actuality, they will make it impossible for you to return the shoes. They provide a telephone number for customer service that they never pickup and they also do not reply to emails. They should be put put of business."

"I was very worried about my purchases from onlineshoes.com, as I was a dodo bird and didn't do any research on the company until after I had placed my order! I saw several reviews stating people hadn't got the product they had ordered. I am pleased to say that I was delighted with the shipping, which was quite fast. Also VERY happy with the quality of product. I received my 1st purchase in 3days. I did not pay extra for fast delivery, so I was pleasantly surprised by the arrival. The day I received my 1st order I ordered 2 more pair of shoes from the bogo sale. $21.98 for a pair of New Balance sandels, AND a pair of combat boots. They just arrived today and again very happy with both pair. I am sorry to hear that others did not have great service from onlineshoes.com, however I had to put in a good word for the company! "I ordered a pair of keens from these guys and it took a full 6 days for them to ship. Then they used the slowest cheapest shipping available. It has taken 2.5 weeks to get my shoes. The whole time I was waiting for my shoes my email box was polluted with their junk mail, average 2 a day. It is clear to me that customer service takes a back seat to marketing with this company. "I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived and seemed to large. I called and was issued a return able and ordered a new pair 1 size smaller. Because of problems in the warehouse with shipping I canceled the order and the service manager was sincerely upset and made a generous offer to make up for my inconvenience and keep me as a future customer. They seem to be having some warehouse transition problems but I plan on sticking with them because of the customer service people."
"Every month I get charged over $100 more than I should so I called the company asking why this happens every month and me having to email them to address this. The answer was that these charges are "authorization" charges and they get corrected once the charge goes through. I asked the rep if she can adjust it so that I get charged the correct amount in the first place. She said she could not do it because the billing is "system generated" and that I should not have used a debit card, which the company "advises against". Does this make any sense? I offered my credit card information and the rep told me that it was not guaranteed due to me having previous declined payments. I only had declined payments because I got a new debit card and when I tried calling the company NOBODY ever picked up. I sent them my card info through email and it was confirmed I was all caught up. AFTER I was all caught up I get charged $32.64, $35.00, $87.96. I emailed once again to inquire why I was charged when I was already caught up and no one ever emailed me back and these charges "magically" disappeared. But the thing is, I'm getting charged those 3 amounts instead of the correct amounts every month, and when I offered a credit card they tell me it's not guaranteed, when it was due to their mistakes in the first place. This company is so incompetent and completely shady."
"Ordered shoes from onlineshoes.com during a sale. Paid a little extra for "preferred shipping with free returns". The shoes arrived after quite some time... and didn't fit. Wanted to exchange them for the exact same shoe a half-size larger. This, apparently, is beyond them. After 3-4 email exchanges with what passes for customer service, they finally stopped sending me stupid scripted responses and told me that if I wanted to exchange the shoes I'd have to call them. By this point, I was tired of dealing with them and sent the shoes back for a refund. Despite paying for "preferred shipping with free returns" and returning the shoes within the 30-day return window, they neglected to refund the cost of return shipping. Given the slow shipping and poor customer service, I'll probably never order from this company again."
"I do a lot shopping online but onlineshoes.com is the absolute worst most awful company in so many ways. So much of the language is totally deceptive and misleading. For example, they may refer to a small number of days for product to ship, but they use cheap shipping options and you do not get the shoes for a long time. Shipping is not delivery. They also do not reveal exactly what the requirements are for exchanges and returns. For example, you will get nailed for a shipping charge to, unless you meet certain requirements. They screwed me by not issuing my refund to my credit card company for weeks. Stay away from this company!"
