"Cancelling is a real hassle. Must have taken me 15 minutes just to cancel an old number. They
make it very inconvenient - you can't just log into your account and cancel nor can you use the
24/7 chat to cancel.
I could hardly understand the representative. I keep telling her I didn't need to forward my
number and she kept telling me to forward the number."
"I recently encountered problems with a blocked number that I had not blocked. After doing my own analysis, I contacted Ooma customer service. The agent couldn't even understand the problem I was describing so she gave me an email address to use to open a ticket. Why she couldn't do that was not explained.
I sent an email on June 28. I received an automated response saying, "Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us shortly." It is now July 14 and NO response. My conclusion? Ooma does not care about customer service."
