Just don't try to cancel
"Cancelling is a real hassle. Must have taken me 15 minutes just to cancel an old number. They
make it very inconvenient - you can't just log into your account and cancel nor can you use the
24/7 chat to cancel.
I could hardly understand the representative. I keep telling her I didn't need to forward my
number and she kept telling me to forward the number."

I wish I could give them a -1
"Beware of RockAuto. They sell complete junk parts. I put DNJ parts on my Chevy Tracker, the valve lifters never worked - tapped worse than the ones I was replacing and the head gasket blew out in 18,000 miles. Rockauto refused to take back the valve lifters because it was past 30 days - well, who has time to rebuild their engine in 30 days? 95% of the parts Rockauto sells are made in China - guaranteed to fail in 18 to 24 months."

"They are a real store - not a fake and have the lowest prices. Although you need $395 for free shipping. My only complaint is that they are sometimes out of stock on an item and hold your whole order up until it comes in - unless you call them and ask for a partial shipment. They seem to ship a few days after you order so if you are in a real hurry you might want to go somewhere else."

"I ordered a Pecos maple king size bed frame made by Rambling wood from willygoat. They shipped about 2 weeks after my order - but they informed of the ship date and shipped two days earlier. The bed frame is high quality - made in USA - I had to use duct tape on the surfaces touching each other so they would not squeak, but now - no squeaks at all. Shipping was a bit expensive but the total cost was the lowest."
