"SCAM site. First they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping and claim to use FedEx...but they really use SmartPost, which is notorious for losing packages. Mine was lost (of course) and pink basis refused to do anything, saying it wasn't their responsibility so I am not eligible for a refund or anything...case closed. Never, never, never buy here. Terrible, rude, useless customer service. "

"I never received and e-mail informing me that my item had been shipped. This prompted me to e-mail the company to clarify when I could expect my order. The shipping was extremely expensive only to have the item arrive ~9 days later. Either offer quicker shipping (to justify the cost you charge for shipping) or decrease the cost of shipping. It is highly unlikely that I will order from this company again."
