Advisor was rude NONE of the phone numbers work and my package was being returned to sender because advisor lied said it was already shipped and wouldn't change the address when it didn't ship til 3 days after I asked ! Had to call post office and go through a long process of having them release my dress to me ! Advisor could have been more friendly I worked in customer service for apple and that's an unacceptable way to treat. A customer buying your product"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. They make you pay to send something back if you choose to return it. Then you will never get your refund. I received a list of excuses when they "claimed" they didn't receive the boots I PAID to return. The box must have been damaged, I must not have had an RMA number approved, on and on. Basically, they screwed me over out of not only my 36.99, but the 12 dollars shipping I had to pay to send them back. NEVER AGAIN!!"
