"Order 871652 was placed on July 30th via email at around 10:30 PM, which was acknowledged right away. However, I received an email on Friday, Aug. 2 that my wife's credit card was declined (3 days later). I immediately called the bank, who upon checking their transaction records found that the card was declined due to an incorrect address submitted on the card at the time of payment requested. So I called Planet Drugs and explained the problem to Kathryn and requested that she re-submit the card for payment and order the two prescriptions refills immediately. Only to get another notification of "card declined" on
Sat. Aug. 3rd. So I again called Planet Drug and talked to Aaron and then gave him my credit card info to use if my wife's card declines again. (My wife and I have a "Family HSA" with the local bank and have actively used both of our cards this past month(s) with no other declines.) Obviously, the problem was incorrect card info submitted at Planet Drugs, which does NOT make me and my wife very happy at all the time lost in re-ordering the prescriptions and considerable time and effort required to finalize the order process."
